Pre-Construction & Construction Management

At FIFTEEN, Heather leads our Pre-Construction and Construction Management phases. Heather has a dynamic and diverse background in the Design and Construction industries working for government, pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial, and residential market sector clients. She has been a part of many large and influential projects both at the early stages of structural design as well as construction and pre-construction phases. Part of CM teams with Torcon and Intech, her experience in construction project management, estimating, and buy-out for large and influential projects ensures our clients the benefit of a hands-on approach to Construction Management.
